Welcome to my first Blog!

I'll be combining knowledge from my career in Interior Design, and applying it to the Real Estate Market, purposing it for the selling or buying of Real Estate.

These savvy ideas are intended to enhance your home, making it more marketable, and minimizing your out of pocket expenses.

Many of the Homes in South Tampa built in the 50's were designed for the Military families, frequently being transferred. Thus, spaces were small. In this galley Kitchen, an engineered oak flooring was installed. To create an illusion of more width and spaciousness, an argyle design was used. The light oak floor was accented with Walnut over stained, and espresso square dots. A little love, A little labor, and Mission Accomplished!
